The Southern Heritage Political Action Committee (SHPAC) has targeted its second politician to work to remove from office in the 2004 elections.
The SHPAC has selected State Senator Randy Hall (R) of district 022, Augusta. He has been designated as the four of Diamonds in Georgia's Deck of Shame.
Randy Hall (R) currently has Democratic opposition running against him in the up-coming general elections. The SHPAC will be assisting and funding grass root activities against the re-election of Randy Hall.
Randy Hall (R) voted to remove the 1956 Veterans Memorial State Flag from the up-coming March 2nd, 2004 referendum (see amendment # 15 of HB 380) and also voted for the referendum that excluded the 1956 Veterans Memorial State Flag.
